การบริหารยา Omeprazole สามารถ feed ได้
กรณีปลาย tube อยู่ในกระเพาะอาหาร
แกะ capsule นำ enteric-coated pellets เทลงใน feeding tube ห้ามบด pellets
Flush ด้วยน้ำผลไม้ที่มีฤทธิ์เป็นกรด เช่น น้ำส้ม น้ำสัปปะรด เพื่อให้ pellets ไม่แตกตัวจนกว่าจะไปถึงลำไส้เล็ก
กรณีปลาย tube อยู่ในลำไส้เล็ก
แกะ capsule นำ enteric-coated pellets ที่อยู่ข้างในมาเตรียมเป็น suspension
นำ pellets มา disperse ใน NaHCO3 8.4% เพื่อให้ pellets แตกตัวพร้อมดูดซึม
Flush ด้วยน้ำ 30 mlเอกสารอ้างอิง

จากข้อมูลในบัญชียาหลักแห่งชาติ Oral neutral phosphate solution กับ Oral acidic phosphate solution มีตัวยาสำคัญที่เหมือนกัน คือ Potassium phosphate และ/หรือ Sodium phosphate monobasic/ dibasic
ข้อบ่งใช้และขนาดการใช้ยาของ Oral neutral phosphate solution กับ Oral acidic phosphate solution (Joulie’s solution) คือ
1. มีข้อบ่งใช้สำหรับรักษาภาวะ Hypophosphatemia มีขนาดการใช้ คือ ให้รับประทานสูงสุดถึง 100 mmol/วัน
2. มีข้อบ่งใช้สำหรับเป็นยาเสริมกับยาต้านเชื้อแบคทีเรียที่ทางเดินปัสสาวะ (Adjunct to urinary antibacterials) และใช้ป้องกันโรคนิ่วในไต (Prophylaxis of calcium renal calculi) มีขนาดการใช้ คือ ให้รับประทาน ครั้งละ 7.4 mmol วันละ 4 ครั้งเอกสารอ้างอิง
